The Deanship of Admissions, Registration, and Student Affairs at AlYamamah University organized a session for graduate students titled “Boards of Directors and Corporate Governance: How Large Organizations Are Managed in Practice,” aiming to enhance participants’ understanding of corporate governance principles and their role in improving organizational performance and sustainability.

The session was presented by governance expert Mr. Anas bin Dawood Al-Assafi and moderated by Dr. Noura Abu Sharib. It explored key corporate governance practices and frameworks, highlighting their importance in supporting decision-making processes, transparency, and accountability within organizations.
