The University Hosts a Lecture on Employee Engagement

The university hosted a lecture entitled, “Employee Engagement: A Sign of Harmony Between the Organization and the Employees” delivered by Mr. Munir Alfuhaidy, Vice-President of HR, Elm Company. The lecture was held on (date) at Sheikh Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Khudair’s Hall.

Mr. Alfuhaidy explained that employee engagement is a workplace approach resulting in the right conditions for all members of an organization to give their best each day. This brings psychological comfort and helps the employees to develop and improve in the performance of the job. Mr. Alfuhaidy later explained the difference between the three levels of employee  integration, which are separate, integrated and non-integrated. He also pointed out some effective methods of obtaining feedback and raising production.

At the end of the lecture, the Director of the Department of Communication and University Relations, Dr. Yousif AlRashidi honored the speaker to show appreciation for his efforts.
