Prof. Hussam Ramadan, President of the University signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Saudi Telecom Company (STC), represented by Eng. Ahmed Alghamdi, Vice President of Human Resources.
The memorandum aims to lay the foundations for joint cooperation between the two sides to enrich productivity, exchange expertise and enhance information in the field of communication, information technologies, data science and business intelligence.
The co-op agreement includes management of skills, abilities, training, events, conferences and extra-curricular activities. As well as providing support for outstanding projects prepared by excellent students in the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Information Technology (IT).
In his welcoming speech, Prof. Ramadan assured that this agreement between the university and STC will benefit students skillfully and academically. Eng. Alghamdi praised the high level achieved by the university through its partnerships with the business sector.
Dr. Waleed Abanmi, Vice President of the University, attended the signing of the MoU accompanied by Dr. Hessah Alsalamah, Dean of College of Engineering and Architecture, Dr. Khalid Albarrak, Vice President of Analysis and Corporate Data, STC, Dr. Khalid Alruwaili, Director of Data Policies and Procedures Department, STC, and Engineer Ahmed Alhamrani, General Manager of Training and Development, STC.
