The Finance Club at AlYamamah University organized a field visit to the Capital_Market_Authority (CMA), aiming to introduce students to the Authority’s role in regulating and developing Saudi Arabia’s capital market, while strengthening their understanding of the financial sector and its career opportunities.
The visit included an introductory workshop highlighting the CMA’s responsibilities, strategic initiatives, and programs that contribute to the growth and efficiency of the capital market. Students also participated in discussion sessions and practical activities that provided valuable insights into the Authority’s operations and the regulatory framework governing the financial sector.
The visit concluded with a session led by representatives from the Human Resources Department, who presented programs designed for students and recent graduates, as well as available training and career opportunities. The session also focused on the key skills and competencies required to succeed in the financial industry. This visit reflects the University’s commitment to enriching students’ educational experiences and enhancing their career readiness in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the evolving needs of the labor market.
