In collaboration with the Real Estate Development Fund, Al Yamamah University – through its Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation – organized the Real Estate Solutions Hackathon Bootcamps, a three-day program designed to empower participants to transform innovative ideas into executable projects that serve the national real estate sector.

The first day featured a lecture titled “How to Build an MVP Quickly and Effectively” delivered by Ms. Rawan Al-Moqbel, who highlighted the differences between an idea and a prototype, and introduced rapid design tools to turn ideas into tangible products.

On the second day, Mr. Mishaal Al-Zahrani presented a session titled “From Idea to Business Model”, explaining the concept of the Business Model Canvas and methods of formulating an initial business model. This was followed by mentorship sessions led by experts from the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, where participants worked on developing and refining their business models to ensure feasibility, sustainability, and impact.

The bootcamps concluded on the third day with a lecture titled “Pitching 101: The Art of Presentation and Persuasion” delivered by Dr. Ahmed Al-Hilabi, focusing on how to craft a compelling project story and deliver it effectively to attract investors and supporters.

These bootcamps are part of the broader Real Estate Solutions Hackathon, which aims to sharpen the skills of Saudi youth in innovation and entrepreneurship, while generating impactful solutions that support the real estate sector in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
