Admission Criteria

Admission Criteria for New Students – Saudi Schools

  • High School Certificate
  • Aptitude Test (Qudurat) or Equivalent (SAT1)
  • Copy of National ID or Iqama ID
  • Personal Photo
  • English Proficiency Scores TOEFL, IELTS

 

Admissions Criteria for International Schools

American Curriculum

  • Applicant must obtain a 12th grade report card.
  • A compiled percentage consisting of 60% of the applicant’s total high school average plus 40% of his/her total average in (Qudurat) or ( SAT1)
  • English Proficiency Scores TOEFL iBT 65, IELTS total of 5.5 with of minimum 5 score in any of the four skills (LSRW) or take the YU-EPT.
  • Exemption from MATH 001: minimum SAT1 score of 950 with at least 450 in Math section.

 

British Curriculum

  • Applicant must obtain a 12th grade report card.
  • Must have completed at least 3 A level Subjects for College of Business Administration and College of Law.
  • Must have completed at least 3 A level subjects with a grade not less than C for College of Engineering and Architecture.
  • Exemption from MATH 001: in case one of the A level subjects is related.
  • A Level subjects are considered an alternative for SAT Exams.
  • English Proficiency Scores TOEFL iBT 65, IELTS total of 5.5 with of minimum 5 score in any of the four skills (LSRW) or take the YU-EPT.

 

International Baccalaureate Curriculum

  • Applicant must obtain a 12th grade report card.
  • Exemption from CMP and MATH 001: if passed with grade of 3 in any related subject.
  • English Proficiency Scores TOEFL iBT 65, IELTS total of 5.5 with of minimum 5 score in any of the four skills (LSRW) or take the YU-EPT.

 

Other International Curriculums

  • Students from other international systems curriculum can take any of the system entrance exams (IELTS, TEOFL, SAT1, or Qudurat) and submit documents that prove that they finished their high schools (12 years of study) in their home countries and have their high school documents’ evaluation attested by the Saudi Ministry of Education. Students will be evaluated based on their high school performance.
