March 12, 2026

In embodiment of the values of giving and social responsibility that Al Yamamah University strives to instill in its students, members of the Finance Club participated in a humanitarian initiative to distribute Iftar meals to fasting individuals at Ghalib Al-Hamad Mosque. The initiative was supervised by the Deanship of Admissions and Student Affairs as part of a series of community programs implemented during the holy month of Ramadan.

This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to promoting a culture of volunteerism and strengthening students’ sense of social responsibility by engaging them in field activities that address community needs—especially during Ramadan, a time when values of generosity and compassion are amplified.

Students demonstrated a high level of commitment and teamwork while organizing and distributing the meals in a collaborative and supportive environment. This experience contributed to a well-rounded educational journey that combines academic knowledge with practical application, while enhancing communication and teamwork skills.

Through such initiatives, Al Yamamah University reaffirms its commitment to its societal role and its continuous efforts to prepare responsible, aware individuals capable of contributing to community service and sustainable development, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
