Industrial Engineering Department Hosts SolidWorks Representative

On Tuesday, November 28, the Department of Industrial Engineering at the College of Engineering and Architecture at Al Yamamah University organized a meeting with Mr. Ahmed Abdel Nasser, Admin of the SolidWorks Users Community in North Africa, and the Middle East, who discussed the community’s activities and the many benefits of its free membership. Coordination was made to establish a similar community at the University of Al-Yamamah to provide the opportunity for students to benefit from using the SolidWorks platform, whether in academic courses or graduation projects, in addition to obtaining professional certificates from the company that produces the platform. The meeting was concluded with a drawing of valuable prizes for attendees presented by the SolidWorks platform agent in the Kingdom.
