فعاليات المكتبة والتوجيه

تعريف أعضاء هيئة التدريس الجدد: 23 أغسطس 2023، الأربعاء، نظم مركز التدريس والمهارات والتطوير (TSDC) بجامعة YU جلسة تعريفية جديدة لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في بداية فصل الخريف 2023/24. خلال هذه الجلسة التعريفية، شارك نائب رئيس جامعة اليمامة الدكتور وليد أبانومي نيابة عن المكتبة وقدم عرضاً تقديمياً عن خدمات المكتبة ومرافقها.

جلسة تعريفية بالمكتبة للطلاب الجدد: قامت مجموعة من الطلاب الجدد بزيارة المكتبة المركزية برفقة موظفي الجامعة من القبول والتسجيل وشؤون الطلاب وقدم موظفو المكتبة تعريفاً حول خدمات المكتبة ومرافقها مثل كيفية استخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر والطابعة بالمكتبة وكيفية البحث والعثور على موارد المكتبة وكيفية الوصول إلى قواعد بيانات المكتبة داخل وخارج الحرم الجامعي وكيفية استعارة مواد المكتبة وما إلى ذلك.

فعالية “قابل مرشدك الأكاديمي”: نظمت عمادة القبول والتسجيل وشؤون الطلاب فعالية “قابل مرشدك الأكاديمي” في المكتبة المركزية يوم الأربعاء 30 أغسطس 2023 من الساعة 11:30 صباحًا حتى 3:00 عصرًا للمعلمين الجدد الطلاب لمقابلة مرشدهم الأكاديمي. يقوم المستشار (المدرسون) بتوجيه الطلاب لتصميم خطتهم الدراسية وكل ما يحتاجه الطلاب.

Picture5جناح المكتبة: بناءً على طلب نائب الرئيس لعمادة القبول والتسجيل وشؤون الطلبة بضم جلسة تعريفية بالمكتبة خلال حفل استقبال الطلبة، خصصت الإدارة المعنية كشكًا منفصلًا لقسم المكتبة خلال حفل استقبال الطلبة الذي أقيم في مبنى طويق يوم الخميس الموافق 24 أغسطس 2023 من الساعة 11:30 صباحًا وحتى 3:30 مساءً. وقد زار العديد من طلبة جامعة اليمامة كشك المكتبة، وقام موظفونا بشرح خدمات المكتبة ومرافقها وتوضيح كيفية استخدامها والوصول إليها.

قسم تعريفي للطلبة الجدد: نظمت عمادة القبول والتسجيل وقسم شؤون الطلبة لقاء تعريفي للطلبة الجدد خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني (فصل الربيع) للعام الدراسي 2023/2024 وذلك يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 23 يناير 2024، وشاركت المكتبة في الفعالية، وقام القسم المعني بتوفير كشك للمكتبة في مبنى نجد لشرح خدمات المكتبة ومواردها ومرافقها، وتم تكليف موظفة مكتبتنا الأستاذة بدرية المطيري بإعطاء توجيه موجز للطلبة الجدد فيما يتعلق بخدمات المكتبة ومرافقها وكيفية العثور على موارد المكتبة عبر الإنترنت، ونتيجة للفعالية قام العديد من الطلبة الجدد بزيارة كشك المكتبة للحصول على معلومات محدثة عن المكتبة وخدماتها.

يوم المكتبة للطلاب في جميع المستويات: نظمت مكتبة جامعة اليمامة “يوم المكتبة” للطلاب في جميع المستويات في 6 مارس 2024 في مبنى طويق. يهدف الحدث إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية المكتبات والدور الذي تلعبه كمخزن للمعرفة. علاوة على ذلك، لتشجيع عادات القراءة ونشر الوعي حول مجموعة غنية من الموارد المرجعية والموارد والخدمات الرقمية. قام مشرف المكتبة بتعيين موظف مكتبة لمقابلة الطلاب وإظهار كيفية استخدام خدمات المكتبة داخل وخارج الحرم الجامعي. كان الحدث ناجحًا للغاية، وزار العديد من الطلاب من جميع المستويات كشك المكتبة للحصول على مزيد من المعلومات حول المكتبات وخدماتها.
