Transfer Students

The student’s university must be recognized by the Ministry of Education.
The language of instruction in your university must be English
You must have earned C or higher in the courses you wish to transfer (for Bachelor’s students)
You must have earned B or higher in the courses you wish to transfer (for Master’s students)
You must not have dropped out of your university for more than 4 years.
You must not have been dismissed from your university for disciplinary reasons.

Required documents – Bachelor program

High school certificate or its equivalent
Copy of the student’s original academic record at the university from which he/she wishes to transfer.
Copy of the course description of the subjects he/she passed at the university from which he/she wishes to transfer
Qiyas or SAT 1 test result
TOEFL or IELTS certificates (if available).
National ID or Iqama

Required documents – Master’s program

Certificate of completion of a bachelor’s degree from a university accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Education.
Copy of the original bachelor degree record
Copy of the original master’s degree record
Copy of the course description of the subjects he/she passed at the university from which he/she wishes to transfer
CV
TOEFL or IELTS certificates (if available).
National ID or Iqama

Fill out the electronic enrollment form through the admission portal
Ensure that the required documents are successfully uploaded in the electronic enrollment form
Provide the Admission Office with a copy of the student’s original academic record at the university from which he/she wishes to transfer.
Provide the Admission Office with a copy of the course description of the subjects he/she passed at the university from which he/she wishes to transfer
Pay the admission fee
The application for admission will be studied and evaluated, and you will be informed of the results of the study.
Upon admission, you will be contacted to issue the university number and to schedule the English language placement test and the personal interview.
