Al Yamamah University Signs Agreement to Conduct the Evaluative Study for the Accreditation of the Master’s Program in Cybersecurity

As part of its ongoing pursuit of academic excellence, Al Yamamah University, represented by H.E. Prof. Hussam bin Mohammed Ramadan, President of the University, signed an agreement to conduct the evaluative study with the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), represented by H.E. Prof. Mohammed bin Saleh Bashamakh, Executive Director of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA), for the accreditation of the Master’s Program in Cybersecurity.

This collaboration aims to enhance the quality of higher education outcomes in the field of cybersecurity by meeting the academic accreditation requirements, improving the effectiveness of educational programs in line with the aspirations of Saudi Vision 2030, particularly in the area of digital transformation, as well as building a knowledge-based society and developing national competencies in the cybersecurity sector.

This step reflects the university’s continued efforts to advance its graduate programs, empower students and researchers in digital and security fields, and contribute to addressing labor market needs while supporting the protection of the Kingdom’s digital infrastructure.
