Dr. Qaisar Iqbal

Biography:
Dr. Qaisar Iqbal is a distinguished scholar and globally recognized researcher in the fields of Management, Sustainable Leadership, and Human Resource Management. He currently serves as Assistant Professor of Management at Al Yamamah University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, bringing with him extensive international academic experience from esteemed institutions such as King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia; Sichuan University of Science & Engineering (SUSE), China; and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
Renowned for the depth and impact of his scholarship, Dr. Iqbal was ranked among Stanford University’s World’s Top 2% Scientists (2024) for his notable contributions to Business and Economics. His prolific research portfolio encompasses publications in leading high-impact journals, including Human Resource Management (FT-50), Technological Forecasting and Social Change, German Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Manpower, Journal of Cleaner Production, and Business Strategy and the Environment, and. His work frequently investigates the nexus of sustainable leadership, green HRM, frugal innovation, and organizational behavior, offering valuable theoretical and practical insights to both academia and industry.
