Al Yamamah University Celebrates Saudi Founding Day

Under the patronage of Mr. Khalid bin Mohammed Alkhodair, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al Yamamah University, and in the presence of college deans and department heads, Al Yamamah University – Riyadh celebrated Saudi Founding Day with wide participation from students, faculty members, and staff.

The celebration featured a variety of cultural activities, including the traditional Saudi Ardah, local cuisine and Arabic coffee, poetry recitations, folkloric chants, and traditional attire. The event also included exhibitions of vintage cars, horses, and camels, reflecting the rich heritage of the Kingdom.

Students actively participated by wearing traditional costumes, creating a vibrant atmosphere that showcased the diverse cultural identity of Saudi Arabia across its regions and heritage.

Saudi Founding Day represents a significant milestone in the Kingdom’s history, serving as a reminder of its deep-rooted legacy and the pride of its people. The celebration reflected the unity and strong sense of community within Al Yamamah University.
