The session was both insightful and practical, covering principles, scenarios, reflections, and concrete guidance on effective faculty mentoring. Dr. Sarah was not only an outstanding instructor but also an excellent facilitator, ensuring active engagement and meaningful discussions throughout the workshop. 

The discussion on best practices — what to do and what to avoid — was particularly valuable and provides a strong foundation to officially kick off the mentoring process at Al Yamamah University.
