Volunteering and Community Service Unit Hold a Session on Volunteering in the Civil Defense Sector

On the occasion of the World Volunteering Day, the Volunteering and Community Service Unit organized a virtual session titled, “Volunteering in the Civil Defense Sector” presented by Colonel Fahad Alqahtani, Director of Readiness and Crisis Department in Riyadh’s Civil Defense.

The guest speaker explained the Kingdom’s keenness on spreading the concept and value of volunteering among the citizens, and how volunteering contributes to society’s welfare which reflects very positively on society and individuals.
