COBA Helps Students Prepare for the Labor Market

The Distinguished Speaker Series organized by COBA hosted Mr. Khalid Aloraij, Founder & CEO, OHR, Riyadh, who addressed the students on the key issue of being fully and professional prepared to start their professional lives after graduation and join the labor market. He explained the different stages of finding employment, which should start before graduation by joining skills workshops, training courses, and building strong relations with the Co-Op companies they do their internships in, emphasizing the fact that rejection does not mean the end of the road, and should be turned into a learning experience be benefitting from feedback and planning forward.
