Dr. Neef Alwadani
Dr. Neef Alwadani is the Chair of the Accounting Department at the College of Business, Al Yamamah University, where he also serves on the College of Business Council and Strategic Planning Committee. He previously held leadership roles at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, including Vice Dean of Academic Affairs. His teaching and research focus on tax and zakat, auditing, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), with publications in corporate governance and sustainability reporting. Professionally, he has experience in consulting with SOCPA, and accounting supervision in the private sector. Dr. Alwadani holds a PhD in Accounting from the University of Portsmouth and a master’s degree from Cleveland State University.

Mr. Awwad Al-Ahmadi
Awwad Al-Ahmadi is the Vice President of Global Financial Operations at SABIC. He has held this position since May 2023.He began his career at SABIC in 1995 as an Accountant in the Netback department. He advanced through various roles, eventually becoming Director of Netback Financial Services. In June 2011, he was appointed Leader of the PMO for the Finance Global Program and EDM. He later served as Project Manager for SABIC’s IFRS Convergence project in October 2015.In June 2018, he joined the Agri-Nutrients SBU as Director of Economics & Business. He has extensive experience in financial operations, reporting, and project management. His career reflects progressive leadership and deep expertise within SABIC. He continues to contribute to SABIC’s global finance strategy and performance.

Mr. Naif Edrees
Naif has over 16 years of professional experience in external audit. He is known for providing practical solutions with uncompromising quality. His work covers a wide range of industries in Saudi Arabia. These include manufacturing, logistics, retail, energy, and real estate .He helps clients meet complex financial reporting requirements. He also supports them in enhancing governance and compliance. Naif is a member of both SOCPA and AICPA. This combination reflects his local expertise and global outlook. He holds a Master’s in Accounting from Oklahoma City University, USA. He also earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University.

Mr. Khaled A. Al-Rashed
Mr. Al-Rashed is the Chief Retail Bank Officer at Arab National Bank. He leads retail banking, SME, and expat services. He has over 17 years of experience in commercial and corporate banking. Previously, he headed SME Banking at ANB. He also held senior roles at ANB and Al Rajhi Bank. He serves on the boards of several companies, including Sanid and Ahel .He chairs ANB Capital Funds. He is a former executive committee member of the Saudi-UAE Business Council. Mr. Al-Rashed holds an MBA from Al Yamamah and INSEEC Universities. He earned his bachelor’s degree from King Saud University.

Mr. Alwaleed Alkhayyal
Alwaleed Alkhayyal is an Audit and Assurance Partner at Deloitte. He provides auditing services to clients across multiple industries. He is a member of the SOCPA Accounting Standards Board. He also serves on several other technical committees. Previously, he was a member of the SOCPA Auditing Standards Board. He has delivered many training sessions on International Standards on Auditing. Earlier, he taught in the Department of Accounting at King Saud University. There, he developed and delivered courses in financial accounting. His teaching focused on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He has also served on audit committees of publicly listed Tadawul companies.

Ms. Sahar Hashem
Sahar Hashem is a Partner at PwC KSA with over 17 years of experience in assurance services. She graduated with distinction in Accounting from King Saud University. Sahar joined PwC in 2008 as the first female auditor in the Jeddah office. She has led complex audits in compliance with International Auditing Standards. Her expertise spans CIPS, family businesses, and the oil & gas sector. I n 2015, she became the first Saudi female licensed partner at PwC KSA. She manages engagements with listed clients and supports market growth in Khobar and Riyadh. Sahar represents PwC at industry events such as AMCHAM and holds a Local Content Certificate. She actively contributes to national priorities and client success. Sahar is committed to mentorship, empowerment, and promoting diversity in the profession.

Ms. Lamya AlRasheed
Lamyaa AlRasheed is a seasoned accounting professional and Certified Public Accountant in Saudi Arabia. She has over 14 years of experience in public accounting across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. She currently serves as a Partner at Ernst & Young (EY), leading high-impact audit and advisory services. Lamyaa has been invited to speak at major industry events, including SOCPA conferences in 2020 and 2024. Her thought leadership also extends to academic forums and professional debates. She contributes to the profession through her role on the SOCPA Exams Committee. She has helped prepare and evaluate the Chartered Accountants Exams in Saudi Arabia. Lamyaa serves on Audit Committees of various community and non-profit organizations. She holds an inactive CPA license from the United States, reflecting her international credentials. Her expertise, leadership, and commitment make her a valuable asset to professional committees.
