Al Yamamah University Hosts a “Leadership Guidance” Session

The University held a session entitled “Leadership Guidance” in partnership with the Human Resources Community (iHR) on its third season. The meeting was held in the Grand Hall of Tawaiq Building and was presented by Eng. Abdullah Aljurf, founder of Saudi Arabia Chapter (ICF).

During the session, Eng. Aljurf presented his innovation, “JURF Technique”, which is a set of questions put forward by the leader of the beneficiary, focusing on the merit which may be missing.

Eng. Aljurf stressed that the leadership guidance focuses more on training rather than consulting, as this method focuses on developing specific competencies that will contribute to enhancing individual and organizational performance. It also allows the discovery of opportunities, and focuses attention on the desired results.

At the end of the session, the university honored Eng. Abdullah Aljurf for his attendance and participation.
