My Experience includes working with multinational professionals and cross-cultural work environment. Having previous leadership roles across several industries such as Human Capital Development, Financial Services, and Media/Publishing areas. Such industrial experience is backed up with intellectual contributions and research experience in service management, service quality, customer relationship measurements and management as an author and expert.

This is complemented with practical and intellectual experience in business areas such as customer relationship management, service marketing and management, business development, human resources, and organizational development.

Top Career Achievements:

  • Led a startup venture, with the focus on building the entity, generating a business of a consulting business model, 2017-2022.
  • Led consulting and projects execution for strategic transformation initiatives that part of KSA’s Vision 2030 in the Education Sector as part of the Human Capability Development Program and Life Quality program.
  • Led a start-up and launching team to plan and Operate an Institute of Applied Media- including Strategizing, planning, Branding and activation –(ASAMI)
  • Led major assignments in consulting and delivery of projects for MOE clients’ deputyships including General and Higher Education levels.
  • Led business scoping analysis and development, costing and pricing of initiatives and identifying consulting requirements and set-up.
  • Led portfolios of large projects with a volume range (SAR 500-1BL) initiative value- A range of more than 50 initiatives. 2017-2022
  • A member of the senior management team for strategic planning, restructuring projects, corporate start-ups, initiatives ideation, conceptualization and creating business opportunities that aligned with the strategic direction of the company.
  • Led the establishment of Consultancy activities within THC, that served the Holding company and external market – clients – MOE, TVTC, and private sector (2015-2016).
  • Supervised the development of feasibility studies for a Real Estate Investment Company, sport management company, Human capital company, conceptual, educational and sustainability model for heritage schools. Food processing company for a major client (2016-2017). An engagement and leadership role with internal team and some with international well recognized companies, such as (Strategy &, BCG, DETCON, Mackenzie etc.).
  • Contributed as a senior member to the execution of the strategic studies for the company’s strategy development and operating model with consultants such as McKinsey and BCG consulting companies. (2010-2011, 2011-2012).
  • A senior executive member in the start-up team for the establishment of THC, a government owned holding company support the education sector, (2011-2012).
  • Led the creation and development of THC’s identity (Logo and Branding in association with the CEO and Board of directors, (2011-2012).
