Dr. Karim Rabiul

Assistant Professor of Management

Biography:

Dr. Md Karim Rabiul is an Assistant Professor of Management at Al Yamamah University. Prior to joining Al Yamamah University, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a lecturer at Prince of Songkla University in Thailand.

He has a comprehensive academic background, holding a doctoral degree in Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (AACSB-accredited), an MBA from the University of Sunderland, a Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality from the University of West London, and a Foundation Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Management Development Institute of Singapore.

His teaching interests include Hospitality Management, Leadership and People Management, Business Research Methodology, Strategic Management, and Guiding Statistics. His research focuses on leadership, organizational behavior, leadership communication, and human resource management practices.

Currently, he serves on the editorial advisory board for the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management and the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Insights. Additionally, he has reviewed more than 240 manuscripts for various top-tier journals, including:
