Biography:
Dr. Menatalla Mahmoud is an Assistant Professor of Civil Law at Ain Shams University, Faculty of law in Egypt. Dr. Menatalla obtained her LLB from the faculty of Law Ain Shams University with excellent grades and 1st class honors. She obtained a legal studies diploma from the University of Jean Moulin, Lyon 3, France. She obtained her master’s in business law from the University Jean Moulin Lyon 3, France, for which she obtained a full academic scholarship (Bourse Excellence Eiffel). She accomplished her PHD in contracts and civil Law from Ain Shams University, Cairo with Excellent Grade. She assumed several legal jobs in the UK as Paralegal, Legal advisor and immigration consultant. She also passed the Solicitors Qualifying Exam in England and Wales (SQE 1)
