Biography:

Dr. Moustafa Elnadi is an Associate Professor in the Management department at Al-Yamamah University. He holds a Ph.D. in Production Management from Cranfield University, UK, and a Master of Science in Financial Management from the University of Plymouth, UK. Dr. Elnadi blends academic rigor with practical expertise, focusing his research on Entrepreneurship, Technology Adoption, Digital Transformation, Servitization, and Lean Manufacturing. His scholarly work significantly enhances both academic literature and industry practices.

Before joining Al-Yamamah University, Dr. Elnadi served as an Associate Professor at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and Mansoura University, where he was noted for his dynamic teaching methods and innovative curriculum development. His work emphasizes enhancing student learning experiences, fostering critical thinking, and preparing students for successful careers in various sectors.
