Dr. Mutasim AlQudah

Associate Professor of Law

Biography:

Dr. Mutasim was an Associate Professor of Commercial Law at College of Law-United Arab Emirates University (UAEU) 2015-2024, during this work period he was the Legal Advisor to the University Chancellor and the Director of Office of Legal Affairs and Policy for two years. He also supervised many master’s and PhD students. Before joining UAEU, Dr. Mutasim was an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law at the Hashemite University College of Business 2009-2015. During this work period, he was the Chair of Department of Accounting 2009-2010, and the University General Counsel 2012-2014. Dr. Mutasim is an attorney in Jordan.

Dr. Mutasim graduated with a PhD in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester, 2009; LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent, 2004; Bachelor of Law from Yarmouk University 2001.
