Dr. Nora AboShareb

Assistant Professor of Law

Biography:

Dr. Nora AboShareb is an Assistant Professor of Law at Al Yamamah University. Prior to joining Al Yamamah University, she was a Legal Advisor at Ministry of Justice for five years and an academic at university of Sheffield in The United Kingdom. She also worked as a part time assistant professor in several universities.

She has a comprehensive academic background, holding a PhD in Law from University of Sheffield, LLM and LLB from King Saud University.

AboShareb's teaching interests include company law, capital Market laws, international trade law, commercial papers and bankruptcy law, Maritime law, commercial contracts and arbitration law.

She was a member at the center of corporate governance at the University of Sheffield. As a volunteering, she worked as a peer review editor for 3 years.
