Biography

Dr Saham Alismail is an Assistant Professor in Al Yamamh University in Management Department, an Expert Management University Professor with more than 7 years of professional experience in Business Administration, Management , Human Capital, Entrepreneurship, teaching, training and managing personnel at the organization level. Good record of publication in academic and professional Arabic journals all over the world & good experience in strategic partnerships and in establishing non-profit and development projects. Strong philosophy of people management, and knowledge of many different methods to motivate personnel to develop their expertise in specific areas. Dedicated partner to learning and development programs and outreach events that help promote learning and support the community.

Before joining Al Yamamh University, Dr Saham was working as a Vice Dean for Acadmic affairs for 6 years. She worked in different sectors and roles have combined all her experience and knowledge to establish and provide consultations and services to organizations and individuals and to offer a great deal of knowledge to help and develop talented individual.
