MBA Program Mission

The mission of the MBA program is to provide quality education to business leaders, professionals, and strategists striving to advance their careers to the next level, conduct impactful research, and create a positive societal impact.

MBA Program Learning Objectives

PLG 1:  Business Knowledge:

  • PLO 1: Graduates will have a knowledge and understanding of concepts, theories, tools, and practices of the different functions of business administration (Knowledge).

 

PLG 2: Application of Business Knowledge:

  • PLO 2: Students will use integrative business knowledge to solve complex problems (Skills).
  • PLO 3: Graduates will develop the ability to apply qualitative and quantitative reasoning to problem-solving models with justifications (Skills).

 

PLG 3: Decision-Making Skills:

  • PLO 4: Graduates will be able to demonstrate the ability to apply core business principles in business decision-making and business analysis (Skills).

 

PLG 5: Communication Skills:

  • PLO 5: Graduates will demonstrate a professional level of communication consistent with that of the business environment in both verbal and written forms (Skills).

 

PLG 6: Teamwork and Leadership:

  • PLO 6: Graduates will be able to demonstrate the interpersonal skills needed to be effective leaders and team members (Values).

 

PLG 7: Ethical Skills and Multicultural Diversity:

  • PLO 7: Graduates will incorporate knowledge of ethics and corporate social responsibility issues into decision-making to solve business problems (Values).

Program Duration & Class Times

  • Program period: 18-24 months.
  • Classes Time:  Evening Classes.
  • Program credits hours: 42 hours

Admission Requirements

All applicants for admission are required to have the following:

  1. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MOE) with a minimum cumulative grade average (GPA) of 1.75 on a 4.0 scale or 2.75 on a 5.0 scale.
  2. Applicants who earned their bachelor’s degrees from a country where English is not the official language must satisfy, at least, one of the following English proficiency tests (not older than three years from the admission date):
    • TOEFL=500 or above
    • TOEFL iBT = 65 or above
    • IELTS = 5.5 or above with a minimum score of 5.0 in all parts
    • Al Yamamah University’s English Placement Test (EPT) = ORN 4R&C above
  3. Updated curriculum vitae (CV)
  4. Applicants with non-business backgrounds may be required to complete one or two of the Pre-Grad courses (foundation courses).

Overall cost of the academic program is:

SR 140,400 + SR 13,500 = SR 153,900

Academic program fees + WSU Diploma (SR 3,600 x 30) + (SR 5,500 x 9) + (SR 4,500 x 3) = SR 171,000

STEP 1:  Fill-in the application form; (Click Here)

STEP 2: Submit (scan) the following documents:

  • A copy of the original bachelor certificate
  • A copy of the student academic records
  • English Proficiency Scores: TOEFL, IELTS
  • A copy of the national ID or Iqama
  • Updated CV
  • Two recommendation letters

STEP 3: The Graduate Admission Office will review all applications. You will be notified by email with the result.

STEP 4: Accepted students will be provided with a payment link to pay the admission fees, reserve the seat, and issue the university number.
